Install a fresh copy of the new (Chromium-based) Edge, this will migrate all Legacy Edge Web Credentials into the new Edge browser.
(You should be always able to install a fresh copy yourself manually - if you have already a version installed. You would only need to take extra steps if you still used the legacy IE/Edge in parallel; an update of the new Edge browser might be sufficient, or a reinstall as a worst case).Then, open the new Edge Preferences, go to passwords, and there you will find an
...options button on the top left that allows you to export your passwords to an (unprotected) CSV file after you have provided your Windows credentials.
